TERMS OF SERVICE

-Commercial Use

Anything that generates money is considered to require a commercial license.

-Payment

Clients can pay half upfront after receiving the first sketch or pay the full amount before I proceed with the artwork.

Please send me the screenshot of your payment with your name or atleast include your name when you are sending money on my papal so I can recognize the person who sent the money.

-Pose Usage

For headshot commissions, the same pose may be reused for efficiency, but each piece will remain unique with custom details like color, design, and expression. Requested changes to these details will make the artwork even more personalized.

-Right to Decline

I reserve the right to decline a commission if I am not comfortable drawing it.

-Refund Policy

No refunds once the sketch is completed.

-Process Sharing

I have the right to upload progress shots on my social media, unless the client explicitly informs me about the sensitivity of the piece.
